However, the 2027 match in New Zealand will be part of the official 2027 Ampol State of Origin series and the first time a series match has been played outside Australia. It’s a 7 night tour departing from Australia 11th June 2027. You’ll fly into Wellington and travel up through Napier and the Hawke’s Bay wine region before finishing in Auckland for the 2027 Ampol State of Origin match, flying home from Auckland at the end.
